I can’t go there 1 day without this song being played on their “entertainment network” It clearly isn’t because someone up at the executive offices thinks this song gets anyone pumped to work out…yeah…hearing that guy from train sing about how he’s “so gangsta” inspires me to work out…so I’m not like him.

:10 – Ke$ha looks like she’s trying to sneak out of the bath tub…you know undetected. Because I’ve always found when you pass out in a bathtub no one ever notices…ever.

:45 – Ohhhhhhh…she snuk into a random house…and passed out. Ummm…that’s cool – I never have random hot chicks sneak into my house to pass out. Lame.
:54 – Lowrider Bike. Fun fact: Joey Champagne knows the guy who started that company…
1:28 – Simon Rex. So let me get this straight, we have Diddy, Simon Rex, and an artist who uses a $ in there name. Is this 1999?
1:35 – Why do I feel like Simon Rex really drives that car? Scary Move 3 money must still be good…
2:22 – If so far from the video you didn’t get the impression that Ke$ha is fairly easy…I think she decided she was going to coinvince you for good!
2:34 – This is the point in the video where I came to the realization that I’d probably bang her…if I was OK with getting any one of 10 STDs that she probably has…
2:52 – She’s either drunk…OR…really has no rythm…I’m thinking it’s the first one.
3:19 – I get the feeling Simon Rex wasn’t even invited to the video shoot as a character, he was just out partying and they decided to follow him with a camera. Cause that’s how Simon Rex rolls son.

Maxi Priest feat. Shaggy “That Girl”

Here is my thought on this song…it’s pretty catchy – admit it. Where is Maxi now? Working with UB40 AND trying to fight off those ol’ Maxi “pad” jokes….poor fella.

UB40 “Can’t Help Falling In Love”

I kind of forgot about UB40 – so I had to look it up after they grabbed Maxi Priest for some help…turns out they did have a ton of hits! HAHAHA and this video cracks me up! It looks like they are grinding on each other in the hallway…hahahahahah

*Also look up UB40 Red Red Wine…it looks like they just loved covers!!!!

Boyz II Men “Motown Philly”

Awesome…what more can I say? Any time you get everyone to dress the same and start dancing you’re doing something right. And how awesome was the high top fade? It takes you back to a time when Dee Brown ruled the slame dunk roost….this was of course before the high top fade was banned from the NBA for making players TOO aerodynamic…they could just cut through the air!

Another Bad Creation “ABC” “Playground”

This is kind of a weird video…I don’t know what the “hook” room is…and why is the guy talking on that huge walkie talkie at the beginning of the video?

Kriss Kross “Tonight’s the Night”

I could have gone with Jump…Jump…but I went with this video because it’s awesome. There are like a million Mac Daddys and Daddy Macs!!!!!!

House of Pain “Jump Around”

House of Pain is one of my favorite groups of all time! Sure Everlast’s solo crap sucks…but still. If the University of Wisconsin didn’t ruin this song for everyone it would still be awesome…oh well…

I was thinking about what video to pick today, I mean there were a few choices. I could go with a Lady Gaga Video and just be weirded out by how much more she looks like a dude each and every day (I really think shes starting to look like Johnny Depp did as Willy Wonka) but I decided against that.

So yeah…I didn’t do that – I did however decide to break down the video for Jeremiah “I’m a Star”

The Break Down
- :07 Jeremiah points to his watch…seemingly making fun of the watch that has a calculator on it…he’s wrong my friends cool people still rock that Watch…like a certain popular radio DJ…name THE NOOGE!!!
- :22 Wood panel station wagon. That is what pimps drive around my hood…who didn’t know someone with one of those in the early 90′s ?!?!
- :33 FREEZE it at this time and read the nonsense. What they didn’t have the money to at least TRY to make a good fake help wanted ad?!?!?
- :43 …dog with some sort of ear infection. Poor fella.
- :49 …more nonsense in the wanted ad. It’s actually pretty funny how lazy they were. Someone get these guys a word processor stat!!!
- 1:21…I have one of those chains.
- 1:47 I really think they have something with that product – I mean who doesn’t want something to make their chain shine?!?! Bling Now
- 1:57 hahahaha, yeah now that commercial feels real.
- 2:11 Apparently making fun of big Cell Phones…however Zach Morris will forever have everyone beat with the size of his cell phone.
- 2:36 a help wanted ad for playboy mansion oiler. If that’s what I think it is I think we all want that job. The mansion has a TON of doors that squeak. Who cares if “oiler” isn’t a word? I don’t.
- 3:06 – since when did half a hot dog become an unacceptable meal on a date?
- 3:30 a happy ending! He was just dreaming…whew!

Yeah…If you’re like me you’re probably thinking that music video was terrible. I don’t really get what they were shooting for, it could have been funny…but it wasn’t.

It’s Monday, so here’s your music video…watch it…then we’ll break it down:

A few notes:

- In the beginning we got some chick looking up at a plane…why? Why not?
- If you freeze it at about :16 you’ll see in the bottom left what looks like a picture of rick ross…why does akon have a pic of rick ross?

- At :43 we see a message on the mirror “Find Me At Pool Party”…We can tell she was not an English major.
- 1:26…make note of this dude who shows up because…
- 1:49…akon and his “friend” hold each other…for longer than “friends” should.
- 1:56…Just doin what 2 straight guys do…hold each other as you jump into the pool…I mean that’s not gay unless they were holding hands or something…
- 2:06…they hold hands and jump into the pool…Is Akon really looking for a “girl” here?
- 2:57…things take a turn for the worse when light robots invade and begin to fire lazers and unsuspecting ravers.
- 3:29…the end. Akon never finds the girl…yet he finds that dude…hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Pshhhhhh…I have so many great ideas in my head sometimes I don’t even have the time to write them down before I forget one, but here is one idea that never got lost in the sea of awesomeness that I call my brain:
